my academic publications

Over the course of the past few years, I have authored (or co-authored) about two dozen law-review articles and other scholarly publications, all are freely available and downloadable on the Social Sciences Research Network (SSRN). My publications have appeared in the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology, the Columbia Journal of European Law, the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review, the Federal Communications Law Journal, and several others.  I think by writing, and sometimes people believe that my views are synonymous with my employer's.  They are not.  If you have any questions or concerns, I welcome any feedback!
