  • Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. In 2012 I was invited to join KU Leuven (Belgium) as a Senior Affiliated Researcher at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Law & ICT.  Previously, from 2002 - 2004, I was a lecturer and fellow at ICRI during the period that I completed my Ph.D. studies, and in 2008 I returned to lecture through Leuven's Global Law School program, and currently maintain an affiliation as Senior Affiliated Researcher.  My dissertation advisor was Professor Jos Dumortier.
