Every morning, when the students come off the of bus, they line up outside the back door to the school. Here, we gather to sing "O' Canada", and say "The Lords Prayer".

After, we do a 20 minute walk around the school grounds. This time is used for sharing with others, talking to our friends, and exercising our bodies and our brains before school begins!

Studies have shown that exercise in the morning has major health benefits for children of all ages in their abilities to perform better in the classroom.
