The kindergartner's did their first "Body Scan" in meditation the other day. This meditation asked everyone to lay down, with hands by their sides, and eyes closed. Throughout the meditation, we were asked to follow an imaginary light from head to toe, focusing on how each part feels in that moment.
The kindergartners are up to 2 minute meditations!
