PROMISE Years' 0.5 FTE (term) Physiotherapist

Start date: April 1, 2019 until June 29, 2019

The successful applicant will provide services in a Consultative/Collaborative model with schools, parents, and pre-school providers. The candidate will demonstrate knowledge of and be responsible for screening, assessment, therapeutic interventions and program planning for children.

The successful applicant will provide services to rural children, ages 0-21 who reside within the geographical boundaries of the four partnering school divisions (Fort la Bosse, Prairie Spirit, Southwest Horizon and Turtle Mountain) that fall within the boundaries of Prairie Mountain Health. The applicant will join a team of PROMISE Years' clinical service providers who are established in the area.

The successful applicant must hold a Master’s Degree, or equivalent, from a recognized program and must possess or be eligible for a Manitoba Clinician Certificate and CPM certification.
