We love taking the Landlord & Letting Show to a variety of venues around the UK, but the team members - and long-time show supporters the Residential Landlords Association and LandlordZONE - have a special affinity for the North West event since we launched here in 2007: the region is where we call home.

Several organisations are working to improve PRS standards in the area, including – the North West accreditation and private rented housing partnership consisting of 33 local authorities, landlord association and support agencies - and long-standing show supporter, the Residential Landlords Association.

In February 2015, it was announced that a multi-million pound deal will provide nearly 800 homes to rent in Greater Manchester under the government’s buildrent scheme. Manchester City Council have this year introduced a Renting Pledge, which aims to raise awareness of the rights and responsibilities for both landlords and tenants which, in turn, should raise standards and promote self-regulation.

For 2017, we are taking our North West Show to a new venue: AJ Bell Stadium, the region's newest hub for first class service in events and the home of Rugby League and Rugby Union. With comfortable surroundings, excellent motorway links, an abundance of free parking on-site and stunning pitch-side views, accompanied with the iconic Greater Manchester skyline, this venue will not disappoint!

As do all our shows, this event offers access to a wide variety of great product and service deals in the exhibition, as well as access to advice and information from leading industry professionals in an extensive programme of free seminars.

We do hope you choose to join us in the North West and look forward to welcoming you.
