Visit the Account Creation Page-To visit the account creation page of Turbotax, type “Turbotax.ca/download” in the address bar. Click the Enter key and wait to load the pages properly. Redirect you to the Account Creation windowSubsequently, you will be accepted to the TurboTax Login window.

How to enter the license code after turbotax installation?
If you purchased the CD, but do not have a CD drive, you may still use the turbotax license code.
Go to InstallTurboTax.com or turbotax.ca/download.
Set up a TurboTax account if you don't already have one. If you do, sign in. (If you don’t remember your credentials, you can walk through our Account Recovery page to see if you already have an account.)
Enter your license code in the pop up window.
It’s a 14-character combination of letters and numbers (XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) that can be found on your CD box insert, envelope, or packing slip.
Select your operating system, and select Get Download.
Download your software and install.
When you get to the Your product is installed, now let's activate it screen, enter your license code in the License code box, and select Continue to complete installation.
How to Activate Turbotax from CD Download?
To activate and install your TurboTax CD/Download software, you'll need the license code, a 16-character (or 14-character for 2019 products) combination of letters and numbers (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that can be found:
On the CD box insert, envelope, or packing slip; OR
In the Download confirmation email and/or order history at turbotax.ca/download
Enter it in the License code box on the activation screen and select Continue to complete installation. You’re free to use the same license code to install the software on up to five computers; you'll need to purchase another license if you need more.
