Financial Literacy Final Project
Our school wants to raise $500.00. If we raise the money we will purchase items from Petvalu to donate to the SPCA. Use the flyer and spend as much money as you can. There are discounts on certain items so be sure to calculate the discount before finding the tax which is 12%.
Requirements
1. Must purchase at least 10 different items
2. Must have 3 items with a percent discount
3. Must include food, toys, and grooming items.
4. Must spend over 90% of the money can not go over including tax $500.00
5. Must show each step to find discounts and total taxes.
6. Write a paragraph about the best deal you found and how you know it is a deal.
