Kay Chaisson
CTE Director
CTE classroom teacher for 23 years.  Taught everything from Medical Studies to Aviation Technology, but primarily taught Business classes as well as DECA and FBLA Adviser.  Began teaching career using manual typewriters.  Been CTE Director at Prescott Unified School District since 2009. Received an Internship through CTE to become up-to-date on business operations.  Through that internship acquired a part-time job with a national racehorse photography company.  Kay uses this experience and opportunities it allows to 'spread the word' about CTE and how it impacts all industries.  Received Bachelors degree from University of Arizona and Master's degree from Northern Arizona University.  Enjoys working with entire community and local Mountain Institute JTED.  She is convinced that the students of today have much better opportunities than she has ever experienced in education.
