Premier Fastpitch 14U outhits Wiers Warriors in 3-0 defeat

Premier Fastpitch 14U lost 3-0 in six innings at February bash Pekin, IL on Sunday, despite outhitting Wiers Warriors five to four.

Sangston got the win for Wiers Warriors. She tossed six innings of shutout ball. Sangston struck out two, walked two and gave up five hits.

Kadelyn Daily ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. She lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.

The lead stayed with Wiers Warriors after the first, when it scored two runs on an RBI double by Messel and an RBI single by Capalbo.

Premier Fastpitch 14U jumped out to an early lead on QC Firebirds USA and captured a 9-0 victory on Sunday at February bash Pekin IL.

With seven runs in the first three innings, Premier Fastpitch 14U left no doubt about the eventual outcome.

An RBI single by Maddison Stanley and a three-run home run by Makenzie Ruppert during the first inning supplied the early offense for Premier Fastpitch 14U.

Abbey Walsh had two extra-base hits for Premier Fastpitch 14U. She doubled in the first and second innings and singled in the fourth and fifth innings.

Mariah Clark had an impressive outing against QC Firebirds USA's lineup. QC Firebirds USA managed just two hits off of the Premier Fastpitch 14U's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during her three innings of work.

Abbey, Makenzie Ruppert and Mariah helped lead Premier Fastpitch 14U. They combined for six hits and seven RBIs.

Jayme ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. She allowed eight runs in three innings, walked two and struck out none.

Premier Fastpitch 14U pounded Lady hitmen 00 on Saturday 15-5 at February Bash, Pekin, IL in five innings.

Premier Fastpitch 14U scored five runs in the fifth on an RBI single by Harley Mason, a passed ball, an RBI double by Makayla Reedy, and a two-run double by Mariah Clark.

Makayla racked up five RBIs on three hits for Premier Fastpitch 14U.

Premier Fastpitch 14U pounded Lady hitmen 00 pitching, as six hitters combined for 14 hits, 11 RBIs and 11 runs scored.

Yogi was the game's losing pitcher. She allowed 10 runs in three innings, walked three and struck out one.

Premier Fastpitch 14U never surrendered the lead after the first inning, scoring two runs on a two-run home run by Makayla.

Premier Fastpitch 14U pushed across two runs in both the second inning and the third. In the second, Premier Fastpitch 14U scored on an RBI single by Taylor Nicholson, plating Maddison Stanley.

Premier Fastpitch 14U added two more runs in the top of the third. Makenzie Ruppert's double got things going, scoring Mariah. That was followed up by Kadelyn's single, plating Makenzie Ruppert.

After pushing across three runs in the bottom of the third, Lady hitmen 00 faced just a 5-3 deficit. A two-run double by Hannah and a groundout by Baylee fueled Lady hitmen 00's comeback. Finally, Mariah got Bre to ground out to end the threat.

Premier Fastpitch 14U piled on four more runs in the top of the fourth. The inning looked promising, as Jenna Woltman doubled, scoring Ashley Carr to kick things off. That was followed up by Makayla's single, scoring Abbey Walsh and Jenna.
