Parents- You can pick up your login information for Skyward from the Elementary or High School Offices.  You can also call the Elementary (218-587-4447) or High School (218-587-4425) office.  You Skyward account will let you see your child's attendance and grades.

Online Payments Available!

Pine River-Backus Schools has made adding money to your student’s food service account easy and convenient! We now contract with RevTrak to provide a secure site for making online payments.   

Parents are able to add money to student food service accounts, view account balances and see transaction history online! All you will need to do is login to Family Access (Parents & Students link above) and select “Food Service” under “General Information”. You now have the option to select “Make Online Payment” 

Online payments will immediately be posted to your student’s food service account. To make your first payment click on the PRB Access link on our website. There are no additional fees charged for the convenience of using this service.

Parents - Skyward Help:

  Change students if you have more than one in the district.  If a student is in more than one school, change the school to Pine River-Backus Elementary, High School or New Beginnings.  These are the only three that have email notifications.

2.  The Account Info button brings you to this screen where you can check and make sure that your contact information is correct.  You can add or change your email address from the Account Info screen.  If an address or phone number is incorrect, please call the school office.

3.  Click on the Notifications link to get to the Notifications screen.  You can get email notifications on attendance, grades and low balances in the food service account.  (Low balance notifications are only sent to one parent.  To make sure that it works, please make sure that both parents have an email address set up in their own accounts.  Another option is to have the office check and make sure that the parent with email set up is the first in the list for email notifications.)
