-To Get a Single/Multiple Entry Permit

posted Aug 23, 2012, 3:46 AM by Eddy Roeslan   [ updated Dec 28, 2012, 10:19 PM ]

To get  a Single / Multiple Entry Permit, an Expatriate should have a Sponsor Company in Jakarta. The Sponsor Company applies to Dir.Gen.of Immigration Office for the permit by providing the required document such as : Expat'passport copy, Company's legal document copy, sponsor letter, Fill the application form among other mentioning where the expat curently stays and will take the visa ( i.e Singapore, Mumbai,Tokyo, etc).

When the Immigration Office approve the application, they issue a letter Visa  and  sent by telex to Indonesian Embassy/Consulate where the Expatriate stays as mentioned on the application . The Sponsor company should have the Telex Visa too and send by email to the expatriate.

The Expatriate then can go to the Indonesian Embassy /Consulate by showing the email copy to get the Visa.
