Mrs. Jean Waters, for many years local organiser of the annual poppy appeal for the Royal British Legion. Jean was President 1997 -1999 & 2004 - 2006 and celebrated 50 years of membership in 2019.
After lunch entertainment was provided by the Black Cats Saxophone Quartet playing foot tapping music from Ragtime to The Beatles.
