My name is Donna Hall. I moved to Polk County from Cooperstown, NY when I was in the third grade. I went to Green Creek School through the sixth grade and then went to Polk Central where I graduated in 1991 as the valedictorian. I attended UNC-Asheville with the NC Teaching Fellows scholarship where I earned a Psychology degree and became certified to teach kindergarten through sixth grade. Once I graduated, I began my teaching career in 1995 at Tryon Elementary. In 2000, I received my Master's Degree in elementary education from Converse College. I moved to Polk County Middle School in 2013. I am married to Kenny, who teaches Physical Education, and have two wonderful daughters. This is my 25th year teaching and I love it! |
