We aim to promote and encourage women in all stages of their career to take an active role in rising to meet the challenges ahead for personal growth, the benefit of their career and industry.
The committee provides individuals with the tools to thrive both personally and professionally within the water industry. We accomplish that goal by providing a place for local multi-disciplinary groups to collaborate and build on important issues that will inspire, nurture, and motivate today’s and tomorrow’s leaders.
The committee plans the annual Women in Leadership Symposium in the Seattle area.  The committee consists of a dynamic group of individuals committed to creating events or activities that support the mission.  This symposium highlights local women leaders at all stages of their careers and in various industries.
