Our goal as water and wastewater operators is to ensure that our systems are operating smoothly, 365 days a year.

But let's think about it. Are you we all really prepared? What does prepared mean to you?

You're invited to our next emergency preparedness workshop offering in Seattle, WA. The goal of this presentation is to provide a basic understanding of emergency preparedness, and the response of water utilities in the event of emergencies and disasters. Assessing risks, planning and preparedness will lead to utilities that function better in emergencies, work more efficiently to restore service to customers and are better able to manage water quality.

Topics will include: case studies, utility emergencies, table top and field exercises, emergency action plans, public outreach and much more.

Lunch will be provided (pizza, beverages and snacks).
