Pleasantville Community Schools prides itself on our technological literacy and abilities. We are implementing a different way to register your children for this upcoming school year. Of course, if you prefer to fill out the forms and return them to the school, you have the option of doing so. By simply hitting the submit button, all the information you have given us will be transposed into our student information system. We ask that people who submit registration forms electronically to please use the school's Pay Schools program to submit fees. As with any first year endeavor, we will try very hard to make this a viable way to register your children. Thank you.

The forms that are located on this page are forms that need an original signature and returned to the office. If you are not applying for Free or Reduced Meals or the Hawk-I insurance, you would only need to complete the Google Apps For Education (GAFE) and the Appropriate Use Policy (AUP) for internet and computer usage. You will also find on this page links to the Online Registration Form, a formal request for records if you are moving into our district and a listing of school supplies. We ask that all electronic registrations be completed by AUGUST 5.

If you are applying for Free or Reduced Lunches and Fees, you cannot register online. You must turn in your materials to the Superintendent's Office. We're sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
