DNA database
The DNA collection is available to all our lab users. In stock we have a diluted working collection and a collection for long term storage. To navigate and get extra information on certain accessions, you can view or download a list of choice below. These lists will be updated on regular basis. When the labteam has been provided with the necessary information on DNA samples, this information will be available in the database. Beware, unregistered DNA will not be retrievable in this database. This database also provides QC values in different formats: Nanodrop, Fragment Analyzer or qbit.

Primer database
We have a huge collection of primers aliquoted and stored in the freezer. This collection contains both universal and species specific optimized primers. All primer info has been made accessible going from primer presence, location and order status. Ordering primers has its specific Primer order form which has to be filled out and transferred to the labteam.
