Participate in faculty professional development (PD) activities,
i.e., training - SBCC offers a variety of cognitive and non-cognitive/social-emotional development activities for faculty throughout the year, e.g., at in-service, small group workshops during the semester, and during intersession periods like summer.  We also offer in-person or virtual training for individual faculty or departments upon request.  You can register for most of our workshops in the professional development schedule.  If you want to participate in a grant-based PD activity, please contact Elizabeth Imhof [at] evimhof[at]pipeline[dot]sbcc[dot]edu. Other training, please contact David Wong at dlwong[at]pipeline[dot]sbcc[dot]edu.  Requirements regarding your professional development reporting can be found in this video.
