Tuition and Fees

Tuition

$25.00 registration fee per student each year 

$200.00 monthly tuition per student 

Once yearly registration is due at when you register for the next school year, unless otherwise requested. Tuition payments in the form of checks, cashier checks, money orders, bill pay, or cash is due on the 1st of the month. Tuition is $225 after the 10th of each month. If payments are not received by the 15th of each month, your child(ren) cannot return to the school until it is paid in full unless special arrangements have been made with the administrator. Post-dated checks will be honored. Returned checks will result in a fee if our bank charges us.  We encourage paying tuition through online/bank payments. Payments should be mailed to the following address: Pioneer Heritage Academy.

Tuition Discounts

Annual (9 month) tuition prepayment will result in a 10% tuition discount. 

Semi-annual (one payment in September and one in January) prepayment will result in a 5% discount. 


Curriculum Fees

Each family is required to purchase the necessary curriculum for their children. PHA will provide an outline of required texts and workbooks. These materials must be purchased in time for the start of the academic year. Average cost, depending on class, is $50.00 to $135.00 per student.
