About the Project

"Inquiring Minds" is a research-based project for Pine Crest School's AP English Language students, culminating in the TEDx event in February.

Students are asked to work in groups and examine their own lived experiences as the source for their inquiry.

During the later part of the first semester, the students conduct their research.  In the early part of the second semester, the students then distill their research into a 10-minute persuasive argument for a TED speech.

One person from each group then presents the speech during the TEDx event.
