Digital Citizenship

AUP Online Internet Safety Course

As required by the Protecting Children in the 21st Century Act, school districts receiving e-rate monies must provide for educating minors about appropriate online behavior, including interacting with other individuals on social networking websites and in chat rooms, and cyberbullying awareness and response. The SDPC has purchased AUP Online software to facilitate this training. Teachers are required to complete the same courses the students they teach must complete.
