We can use any and all of the above! Particularly shoes and we also go to a refugee camp (Pinchinat) which has over 4000 displaced Haitians and they are in need of diapers-particularly size 1 and 2. We will want you to take the limit of luggage and may have you even cart our t-shirts that we give out to patients in the clinics (Brooke- firstname.lastname@example.org- can give you info on it).
We have a pretty exhaustive list under the forms and files section. The best advice is to pack light. Perhaps bring "scrubs" for each day and then a set of clothes for a few evenings. Pack light!
