Coursework

  • Homework: Homework will be assigned on a weekly basis. Assignments may range from current events to extension activities. Homework will be posted in class as well as on Google Classroom.

  • Projects: Students will be assigned a minimum of one project per quarter. Projects are used to help students take more ownership of their learning, make real-world connections, and produce a finished assessment tailored to their interest.

  • Make up work: The number of days allowed to submit missed work will be equivalent to the number of days that are deemed as lawful absences. It is the student's responsibility to collect make-up work.

This course will be infused with art & technology with the use of PROJECT BASED LEARNING. Project-Based learning allows students the opportunity to engage, explore, and investigate in order to gain deeper knowledge on topics. This will will also help students make meaningful real world connections to the content.
