Welcome to Personal Fitness at LHS

Personal Fitness is a required course for all graduating seniors. It is a semester long course and worth 1/2 credit.

This course will touch on all aspects for your personal fitness in order for you to lead a long and healthy life. 

THIS IS NOT A TEAM SPORTS CLASS!!!
