WE MUST HAVE OUR REQUEST FORM FILLED OUT AND SUMITTED TO US AND PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING VACCINATION INFORMTION AT THE SAME TIME YOU SUBMIT THE FORM. THANK YOU

1) A CURRENT VETERINARIAN SIGNED RABIES CERTIFICATE (DOG/CAT)

2) A CURRENT DISTEMPER PARVO VACCINE (DOG/CAT)

3) A CURRENT BORDETELLA VACCINE (DOG ONLY)

4) MUST HAVE A  NEGATIVE FECAL -DONE WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS-(Must have this no later than 2 week prior to your stay)

WHY you ask do you need a fecal done within the last 6 months? We require fecal samples to help keep other pets safe and free of intestinal parasites like, roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, coccidia, and giardia. All theses parasites are spread, and transferred to other pets easily.  As the fecal/Stool brakes down the worm eggs will go into the soil and spread to pets. We try our best to keep your pets safe form these parasites. If your pet is positive they will not be allowed out on grass until we get a clean negative fecal, and there is an extra daily fee for sanitizing the control spread. 

We can take pets that have a positive fecal, (this may change). If your pet has a positive fecal or  you were/are unable to collect a fecal please call us ahead of your scheduled appointment. The sooner we get a call the may be more we can do to help you. Thank your for your understanding and help.

HOURS OF OPERATION 

Please note hours may change depending on our pet schedule, Please call us if you have any questions.

Normal Business days are Monday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday    8am to 5pm

Monday: 8am to 5pm 

Tuesday:* Boarding appts ONLY-by appointment only at 8am OR 5pm 

Tuesdays: No Grooming 

Wednesday: 8am to 5pm

Thursday: 8am to 5pm (There are some Thursdays we are not in office)

Friday: 8am to 5pm

Saturday:* Boarding-by appointment only at 8 am or 5 pm- boarding drop offs/pick ups by appointment only 

Saturdays Closed NO Grooming 

WE ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE ALL DAY ON SATURDAYS.

Sunday: Closed***

***We offer a 5 pm pick up only on Sundays for an extra charge on top of the normal boarding fees. This arrangement MUST be made in advance at your time of booking if. Again this pick up option has an additional charge. 

HOLIDAYS -CLOSED 

NO pick ups or drop offs on Holidays

SUNDAY PICK UPS BEFORE A HOLIDAY 

***CLOSED: This option is not available  

***Emergency Pick up at 5 pm on the Sunday before a holiday- you will be charged for Sunday, the holiday, and the Sunday pick up fee.

**We are not at the office all day on Tuesday, Saturdays and Sundays. So please plan accordingly. Thank you Pet Haven.**

We Strongly encourage you to have your pet on some type of flea product. Fleas are a part of nature. We do routinely spray but can not guarantee that your dog will be protected. 

We Strongly encourage you to have your pet on some type of  general monthly wormer to help treat roundworms, hookworms, and other intestinal parasites.
