Reporting for Programs Authorized for Field Placements

Annual Reporting

Programs Authorized for Field Placement have agreed as a condition of authorization to submit annual reports to the Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB). Annual reports provide the opportunity for programs in receipt of this status to confirm with the PESB the assurances made at application regarding preparation related to service area, area of endorsement, WA learning standards, and current field placement agreements, as well as meeting pre-residency clearance requirements.

The Authorized for Field Placement designation began early in the 2010 calendar year. The reauthorization process is yet to be defined.
