 Today is DAY 5

May Theme - May’s “T.A.K.E.S. P.R.I.D.E.” theme is “dependability.”

Quote of the Day This week’s quote is from General Omar Bradley.  General Bradley said, “Dependability, integrity, the characteristic of never knowingly doing anything wrong, that you would never cheat anyone, that you would give everybody a fair deal…character is sort of an all-inclusive thing.  If a man has character, everyone has confidence in him.”  Dependability is one of the foundations of teamwork or cooperation.  It allows people to work together, with each person doing what he or she does best.  Think of the people you depend on; they are important to you.  Be that important person for someone else.

Arts Festival News – Thanks go out to everyone who came out to the Arts Festival last evening!  We had a great turnout to view the fabulous talents of our South students and staff.  Kudos to Mrs. Steward, Miss Auchenbach, Mrs. Johnson, staff helpers, and our custodial staff for organizing, and re-organizing the artwork, tables, and art panels.  All of your hard work is very much appreciated J!
