Today is DAY 5

June Theme - June’s “T.A.K.E.S. P.R.I.D.E.” theme is “esteem building.”

Quote of the Day – This week’s quote is from Dr. Seuss.  As we enter the final full week of school, it is good to remember some advice from Dr. Seuss, “You have brains in your head.  You have feet in your shoes.  You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.  You’re on your own.  And you know what you know.  You are the guy who’ll decide where to go.”  Dr. Seuss’ books are filled with wisdom and advice.  In this poem, he reminds us that we are in control of our own futures.  We all have the ability to obtain the goals we set for ourselves.

From Mrs. Steward – Mrs. Steward’s 6th grade class should report to the library computer lab for class today.
