Remembering September 11, 2001
The tragic events of September 11, 2001 changed the U.S., and the world, forever. To mark the 15th Anniversary of this tragedy, students and staff assembled together on Friday, Sept. 9th and paid tribute to the individuals who lost their lives. First Responders from the Perkasie PD, Sellersville & Perkasie Fire Depts. and EMT joined us to receive our “Thank You” banners and hear inspiring pieces written by several of our students.

T.A.K.E.S. P.R.I.D.E. Theme
October’s “T.A.K.E.S. P.R.I.D.E.” theme is ACCEPTANCE.
ACCEPTANCE is a favorable reception or approval. When you demonstrate ACCEPTANCE of others, you acknowledge them even if you do not agree or have different beliefs. Individuals who are accepting of others take the time to listen and respect the point of view of others.
This month, take the time to practice ACCEPTANCE. Be accepting of those with whom you disagree and try to understand and see the world from their point of view. You can always agree to disagree in a peaceful manner.
