OPEN RECORDS INFORMATION

Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know law grants citizens the right to access records and information from government agencies such as school districts. If you wish to access a record of the Pennridge School District, please do so by using this form.

After you complete the form, you can submit the form to the district’s Open Records Officer (contact information below) in person, by US mail, by fax, or by e-mail.

Please check that your request is for a specific record or document, and not a question or inquiry.

After you file a request, the law specifies that the district has five business days from the date the district receives the request to respond to your request. Should the district deny your request, you have the right to appeal the decision to the state Office of Open Records.
