Pennridge High School and STARS of Bucks County Present…the Broadway Adaptation of Cinderella!

Hear ye, Hear ye: Magic is in the air!

Pennridge High School and STARS look forward to showing the community a dazzling time with their production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. Performances will be at 7 pm on Thursday, April 4; Friday, April 5 and Saturday, April 6, with an additional matinee performance at 1 pm on April 6. All shows will be held at the Pennridge High School auditorium.

Tickets are $15 for all seats and will be available online or at the door 45 minutes before each show. Seating for people with disabilities is available.

Tad A. Brannon directs this lush and timeless musical with some fun new twists in which the featured characters are reinvented as “Ella” [Cinderella] and “Christopher” aka “Topher,” as Prince Charming; “Madame” as the evil stepmother, “Marie” as the Fairy Godmother and “Gabrielle” and “Charlotte” as the stepsisters.

Under the musical direction of Samantha Pasquale Brannon, audiences will experience fresh new music in addition to Rodgers & Hammerstein's most beloved songs, "In My Own Little Corner," "Impossible/It's Possible," "Ten Minutes Ago," and "Do I Love You Because You're Beautiful?"

STARS of Bucks County is a self-funded volunteer organization that offers theater and educational opportunities to hundreds of students in the Pennridge School District every year. This year, the cast of Cinderella features nearly 60 students with additional students contributing to the creative backstage work of lighting, sound, set building, costumes, prop management, hair and makeup.

Spend an enchanted evening with STARS, where dreams really do come true.
