T.A.K.E.S. P.R.I.D.E. Theme of the Month

November's “T.A.K.E.S. P.R.I.D.E.” theme is “kindness.”

Kindness is the quality or state of being pleasant and sympathetic. People who are kind demonstrate compassion for others. They are considerate and thoughtful of others.

In the month of November, we celebrate the holiday of Thanksgiving, which is the perfect time to demonstrate kindness by remembering to thank all those in your life for whom you are grateful.

This month, take the time to practice “kindness.” Be generous with your smile, your sincere compliments and your courteous actions. You have the choice and the ability to make a positive difference in someone else’s day. It may be just what they need to brighten an otherwise gloomy day.
