A Few Reminders

Campers should come dressed in their swimsuits under their clothes and should pack underwear to change into after their swim class. Campers must supply their own towels. An extra swimsuit, towel and sweatshirt should be kept in their locker (labeled with name). Valuables should not be brought to camp. Campers must also pack water shoes, sandals, flip flops, Crocs, etc… to wear when walking to and from the pool. Otherwise, your camper must wear sneakers for the many active activities they will participate in outside. Campers must pack a lunch (no food heating capabilities) and utensils unless they have chosen the lunch option.

Pick-up and Drop-off Procedures (Rain or Shine)

All Junior Bunk parents should enter from Fox St. and park in the middle lot between the field house and pool/gym and walk their child to and from their rooms. Campers in Bunks A-G and CIT/Seniors will enter from School House La. and will use the lower school as their drop-off and pick-up area. Parents should form a car line. Parents wishing to speak to counselors or for those that wish to walk their child to the tent should park in any lot. Please never take your child early from tent area without letting the head bunk counselor know!  Parents who are dropping off for Early Bird should enter from Fox St, park in the middle lot by the pool/gym, and walk your child to the Kindergarten (Junior Bunk) Room. Pick-up from After Camp will follow the same parking procedure and pick-up will be on the lower school playground (unless it rains- pick-up will then be in the basement of the lower school in the After School Rm. (After Camp Rm.) which is the first room on the right.

Please Note:

We strongly discourage children from bringing all electronics to camp.  We understand that older children may need to bring cell phones, but they should only be used after camp to contact an adult regarding pick-up. We cannot be responsible for any lost or broken electronics.
