Event for All Campers
Aug. 1, is our annual fair. The fair
will feature game booths, food booths (including ice cream, soft pretzels and
other goodies), face painting, tattooing, balloon sculpting, sand painting and
other magical booths. Once again, we
will not be using tickets so we ask you to send in $5.00 (cash only) in an
envelope with your child’s name on it by Wednesday. This will give your child unlimited access to
the booths (with prizes galore!) and all the food! Each camper will also receive a goodie
Yellow Wins Capture the Flag!
the Yellow team behind the speedy legs of CIT John Grace and G Bunker, Sam
Nadol came away with a big victory on Friday two games to none in the Red vs.
Yellow capture the flag game. Afterwards the Red counselors returned the favor
as they had way too much speed for the Yellow team to keep up with as Addy and
Kyle led the way to victory.
Junior Bunkers Only
Friday, August 2, Junior Bunkers will have a pizza party so do not pack a lunch
on that day unless your child does not like pizza.
The Last Day
Friday, August 2, the last day of camp,
we will have many special activities planned such as our annual Scavenger Hunt,
Pool Day, Song Contest-Red vs. Yellow, and an all-star basketball game starring
some of our older campers. Also, the CIT
and Senior Bunk will present their play, Weird
Tuesday CIT parents and Senior Bunk
parents are invited to either performance (10:30 or 1:15) in the studio
theater (also known as L-1) (main school building by the library downstairs). Jr. Bunkers will not need a lunch on Friday
because they will have a pizza party.
Campers will get their awards and camp
pictures on Friday. Please remind your
child to clean out his/her locker and check the lost and found.
There will be no after camp on
the last day of camp, Aug. 2.
