  • See the link below for immediate information about college and university deadline extensions.

The SAT scheduled for 10/20 will be administered at Surf City Middle School instead of at Heidi Trask High School.  Information should be coming to you from the CollegeBoard.  Students check your email or registration information for further instructions and details.

FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is open and ready for you to start working on your financial aid.  You and your parent will need to create an FSA ID in order to sign off on the application.  This is a secure process so be sure to write down your passwords, emails that you use, and reminder questions.  It's designed to not let anyone access your information!

FAFSA DAY is scheduled for October 27th!  Check this cfnc.org link to find a location nearest to you and register to have someone help you with this important document.

Do you know where to find this info?  Check out the Scholarship page for more info and a listing of scholarships as they become available. It's very early for local scholarships at this point, but university based scholarships will be made available based on your applications. Search the web (some sites listed on the scholarship page) for other awards that you may qualify to receive.
