Pender Alliance for Teen Health (PATH)

Pender High School Health Center is located on the grounds of the Pender High School campus.  The health center, which is sponsored by the Pender Alliance for Teen Health (PATH), can take care student's basic medical health needs.  For example:
  • Annual wellness exams
  • Immunizations and laboratory tests
  • Management of chronic illness (e.g., asthma, diabetes)
  • Sports physicals
  • Over-the-counter medications and prescriptions
  • Sick visits
  • Referrals to and coordination with outside service providers such as for x-rays that are not available at the school health center
The health center also provides students and their families a safe, compassionate and confidential environment to talk. We will help you work through issues, concerns and/or challenges you may be facing. We work closely with our medical team, ensuring a "whole-child" approach to care.  Some common challenges may include concerns related to:
  • Depression
