Zscaler Certificate

How to install the Zscaler Certificate

Our system uses a web filter called Zscaler. It is designed to protect our users from questionable and inappropriate websites, as well as malware, spyware and viruses. In order to access secure "https://" sites the Zscaler Root Security Certificate must be installed on the device.

  • For PCS owned Windows PCs and Chromebooks the Zscaler Certificate has been installed automatically for you. For these devices there is no need to install the certificate.
  • Personally owned devices and PCS iPads are required to download and install the Zscaler root security certificate. This certificate is installed so that your Internet traffic can be securely transmitted. No data is collected from your computer, and no software or off-site monitoring capabilities are ever installed on personally-owned devices.
