Topsail High announces AD, Baseball Coach

Topsail High School is excited to announce two new staff members who are joining the Pirate family.

Mr. Jeffrey Fipps, who is currently serving as the Director of Athletics and Driver Education for Robeson County Schools, has been named Athletic Director at Topsail High School. Mr. Fipps brings 27 years of teaching and coaching experience to the position.

Nicholas Raynor will also be joining the Pirates in 2018-19 and will serve as the baseball coach. Coach Raynor is a Topsail High School graduate. He attended Rockingham Community College, where he played baseball and earned an associate’s degree. Raynor then transferred to Elizabeth City State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education and also played baseball. Coach Raynor brings 11 years of teaching experience and 15 years of coaching experience to Topsail High.
