Pender County Schools participates in SeaPerch Competition

Congratulations to the SeaPerch teams from Burgaw Middle, Penderlea, West Pender Middle, Pender High, Pender Early College and Heide Trask High schools, which recently competed at regional SeaPerch competition.


The teams took how the following awards:

Penderlea

Team Seabiscuit: Second Place, Ring Challenge; Second Place, Pipes

Team TMJ: First Place, Target; First Place, Pipes; Third Place, Raise the Ball; Second Place, Poster Display

Team Rush: Second Place, Target; First Place, Ladder; Third Place, Rings/Cubes


West Pender Middle

Team Water Warriors: First Place, Speed Challenge; First Place, Obstacle Course; Second Place, Rasie the Ball, Second Place, Rings/Cubes

Team Water Girls: Honorable Mention, Ring Challenge


Burgaw Middle

Team Red Devils: Second Place, Obstacle Course; Second Place, Free the Ball; First Place, Ring Challenge; Third Place, Pipes; Second Place, Ladder; First Place, Orbs
