FRESHMEN:

Any Freshmen who will need to have a Sports Clearance on record. This requirement can be satisfied in several ways: 1.) If a Sports Clearance was completed in the Spring of 2021 at your elementary school or 2.) If you have had a physical completed by your primary care physician dated April 1, 2021 or later. According to the NHIAA (New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association) you only need one Sports Clearance during your high school career. PRHS holds 3 dates for Sports Clearance where Plymouth Pediatrics comes to PRHS and completes physicals for students wishing to partake in a sport and does not have a current physical. Dates will vary and be posted in Bobcat Beat a month prior to each sport season.

NEW TO DISTRICT STUDENTS:

If you are new to SAU #48 and are planning on participating in a Sport then you will need to have a Sports Clearance on record. You will need to provide documentation of a physical completed by your primary care physician dated April 1, 2021 or later. You only need one Sports Clearance/Physical for your high school career. This is for students who have NOT had a physical.

ALL OTHER STUDENTS:

If you have participated in any sport at PRHS and have a Sports Clearance/Physical on file then you do not need to have another Sports Clearance/Physical.

SPEARE DENTAL PROGRAM

Look for forms to be mailed home with August paperwork for participation in the Speare Dental Program. The program is scheduled to take place in Jan/Feb. 2022. The following services will be available: Free Dental Screenings and if eligible Dental Cleanings, Sealants and Fluoride Treatments. For more information call the Health Office at 536-1444, ext 2131.

REMINDER: Please provide documentation to the Health Office for any new immunizations that your student may receive. The State of New Hampshire requires all students enrolled in school to provide current immunization records. Follow the link below for more immunization information.
