Sending high school transcripts: there are 3 ways.
Visit the guidance office and fill out the “Transcript Release” form.

Visit www.orderatranscript.com. It is easy and fast! Any questions, please visit with the guidance department. Instructions are on our school website under guidance.
note: The high school does not keep or send college credit. Individual colleges will need to be contacted.
When going on a college visit, a “College Visit” form will need to be filled out. See Allissa Grandia or Mr. Core in the guidance office if one is needed. They are also available online on our school website under guidance forms. These forms must be filled out prior to the college visit and signed by a school counselor or dean. Return the form to the office signed by a college rep after the visit. Weekend visits do not require a form. Please, continue to call the school office to inform of the student’s absence at 641-628-3870.
Need to know how many college credits you have taken? On our school website under guidance, there is a form titled “College Credit”. Please refer to this sheet when filling out college applications. The guidance office can print off your transcript if you are unsure of what classes you have taken.
