I graduated from UW-Whitewater as an undergrad in 1991, and received my Master's Degree as a Reading Specialist from UW-Whitewater in 1995. I enjoy going to conferences and doing anything to further my learning as a professional. You can never know enough. That's what I love most about my job...there is always something exciting, and everyday is a new day to learn!
I enjoy Zumba, making crafts, shopping, and I'm a WISCONSIN sports fanatic! If the Packers, Brewers, Marquette, Bucks or Badgers are on TV, leave me alone!
I have been married to my husband, Lonny for 17 years now. He is a former student of the Palmyra-Eagle School District himself. I teach 4th grade in the same room he had fourth grade in years ago. He loved being in a small town growing up and graduated with only 95 students in his class. We rescued a dog named, Frank James, from Chicago in 2015. He's our buddy and we love him like a child.
New spelling sorts begin every Monday.
Practice your recorders and get your sheet signed too. Nightly reading is only 30 minutes a night, 150 minutes per week.
Spring break is just around the corner so your child will have plenty of time to read over Easter vacation.
