Sunday Worship is at 10:00 am
Worship at Peace is a 60 to 75 minute eclectic experience.

The 4 pm Christmas Eve service at Peace United Methodist Church is a family friendly celebration of the birth of Jesus. We will be sharing the story of Jesus’ birth from the Gospel of Luke and singing many favorite Christmas hymns. The service includes a spontaneous Christmas Pageant for all children who want to participate. We will close by singing Silent Night by candlelight with special glow sticks for our younger participants.

The 9:00 pm Christmas Eve service at Peace United Methodist Church is a modern adaption of the Festival of Lessons and Carols first developed in 1880 which has been celebrated yearly at Kings College in Cambridge, England since 1918. The service celebrates humanity’s relationship with God from Creation through the birth of Jesus. This is told in nine short Bible readings from Genesis, the prophetic books and the Gospels interspersed with the singing of Christmas hymns. The service will close with the singing of Silent Night and Joy to the world by candlelight.
