Welcome to Stephen Lewis Secondary School's 10 year anniversary event website.

Stephen Lewis Secondary School opened its doors at 3675 Thomas Street in Mississauga to 432 grade 9 and 10 students in September of 2006. The Official grand opening was on May 1, 2007 with Mr. Stephen Lewis himself attending.
We have since grown to just over 1,500 students from Grades 9 through 12.
The school's main focus from its conception has always been Social Justice and was thus named after Mr. Stephen Lewis, the co-founder and the board chair of the Stephen Lewis Foundation, which works with community-based organizations to turn the tide of HIV & AIDS in Africa.
The students in the school are also divided up into groups named after four Canadian social justice heroes: June Callwood, Craig Kielburger, Agnes Macphail and David Suzuki, for friendly competitions and spirit building.
