We have an exciting opportunity for our SLC students! Leadership is one of the core values of the SLC and our students will be trained in leadership on March 14 at 1-3PM in the Student Activities Center (SAC). Please see the attached flyer regarding the SLC Leadership Institute (very cool!).

Silicon Valley FACES is providing the training so we do need to complete permission slips. These will be distributed in World History and need to be returned to World History. Students will be missing F period and the training goes to 3:00. Lunch will be provided!

The ropes course for SLC will be Wednesday September 19th. We will leave Gunn at 8AM and return by 3:30 PM. Students should wear closed-toed shoes and bring a water bottle and sunscreen. Lunch is provided. Please dress for the weather, as it is often foggy in the redwoods.

If you have not submitted forms and payments to Ms. Owen, you must do so ASAP. Please contact Tom Jacoubowsky if you need a financial assistance.

We need parent drivers. Please contact Liz Matchett if you are able to drive.
If you already submitted a driver form, you will be contacted.

Any questions may be directed to any of the SLC staff.
