The 2017 Patwin Auction is Saturday, February 25 from 4:30 pm-8:00 pm at the Davis Graduate. The auction is Patwin's biggest fundraiser and is a fun community event, featuring food, music and of course, an auction.

Donation Ideas

We’re always looking for donations, so we’ve included some donation ideas and an FAQ section below. And please, let us know if you are interested in volunteering. We always appreciate the extra help.

Donate a gift card or gift certificate
These are fantastic for building great auction baskets.

Donate a service
Does your business or place of work have a service or “experience” that can be donated?

Organize a fun event for 2 to 20 kids
Plan a couple of hours of fun for kids such as capture the flag, or pizza and a movie.

Teach a hobby or sport you love to do
Are you a coach, musician, or chef? Offer personal lessons to kids or adults.

Ask your talented friends to donate
Do you know someone with a special talent, service, or vacation opportunity such as a beach house they could offer for the weekend?

Host a party
Do you have a great back yard….a refreshing pool….cook exotic food…. are a master with the blender? Share your fun, and bring people together, by hosting a party for other wonderful Patwin families.

Donate tickets
Do you have season tickets to sporting events and can’t make all the games – great auction item!

Be a sponsor
If none of the above interests you please consider advertising in the auction catalog or sponsoring the auction. Your kids will love seeing their name in print.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the fundraising goal?

Our annual goal is to raise $20,000. The money raised at the auction helps support the many essential programs paid for by Patwin PTA. This year we hope to raise funds that will continue to support our after-school programs in art and robotics as well as fund many other PTA supported programs and equipment.

Am I required to buy things in order to attend the auction?

Tickets to attend the auction admits you into the event with dinner, a fun trivia challenge and a whole lot of socializing with other Patwin parents. Once inside, you don’t have to spend a dime – although there is a lot of great merchandise to be found!

Are kids invited?

The auction is an adult-only event. This is a time for Patwin parents, family, and staff to get together, have some fun, and raise money for those important programs that we’ve come to expect from our school.
