CONVERSATION STRANDS

The sessions are divided into four major categories:
                I. Teaching practices
                II. Student projects
                III. Digital tools
                IV. Reading group
LOGISTICS OF THE DAY

  • The IP21 Edcamp will take place from 8:00 to 4:30
  • Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided
  • The day will included an Opening Keynote and Closing Remarks
  • There will be 24 sessions in total: six sessions per conversation strand
  • Backchannel tool: create discussions using TodaysMeet
  • We will invite faculty to a round of 5 Pecha Kuchas over lunch

Emma and Sherie will explore Early Childhood, Upper Elementary and Middle School IP21 pages
Dolores will explore  Middle School and Upper School IP21 pages
Dave will explore Upper School IP21 pages

COMPILATION FROM IP21 FACULTY PAGES

Compilation of exemplaries by division. 
Face-to-face meeting to discuss our findings.

ASSEMBLING EXEMPLARIES

Face-to-face meeting to assemble exemplaries within discussion strands.
We need at least six/seven sessions under each category: Teaching Practices, Student Projects and Digital Tools.
We will select the articles from the Educational Leadership magazines and the NAIS A Guide to Becoming a School of the Future
There will be one Reading Group per conversation strand.

FACILITATORS SELECTION

We will divide the task of tapping facilitators to lead discussions.
