Problem Solving

In this class the United States' Army eCYBERMISSION Challenge and the Siemens Change the World Challenge will afford students opportunities to identify, research, and create solutions to real world problems. This course will have an applied structure to it. Students will become familiar with the design thinking process, apply research skills, explore new math and science topics as well as leverage those concepts covered in previous courses. Student groups will identify a problem; utilize research skills to understand the socio-economic, scientific, and or technological nature of the problem. Student will then collaborate to create solutions to their problem. Prototypes of solutions will be built.
