Jeremy was a member of the Forest Hill Marching Band in 2008 and 2009. He was only 16 years old when he died.
In May of 2010 Jeremy, his family and everyone who knew him would have their life changed forever.  He got sick almost overnight. Within 10 days of being told his liver enzymes were very elevated, he was transplanted with a new liver. He was then on his way to recovery, when he started feeling bad again. July 4th Jeremy was re-admitted to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and within a few days was diagnosed with Leukemia. In a matter of a few short weeks Jeremy was gone. He passed away on July 18, 2010.
