Craft Vendor Application


Space is limited, but we are committed to offering the public a variety of hand-crafted goods, so please apply!
Before applying, please be sure to read the Page Co. Heritage Festival Terms and Regulations.  There is very important information in this document, so please read it COMPLETELY!

There are two ways to apply:

1. ONLINE CRAFTER APPLICATION - This is the quickest and easiest way to file your application with us. Please read all the instructions and fill out completely.

2. MAIL-IN CRAFTER APPLICATION - For those who wish to apply the old-fashioned way, please print and mail this application to:

Vendors applying before the July 1st deadline will be guaranteed the same space as last year and will be notified of their status shortly after receipt of their application.
Vendors applying after July 1st will be notified of their space assignment within 2 weeks of receipt of the application.
Please note that space cannot be guaranteed until the rental fee has been paid IN FULL.

There are two ways to pay:

1. ONLINE PAYMENTS PAGE.  For your convenience, we now accept payments electronically through PayPal.  

1. BY CHECK, payable to "Page Co. Heritage Association". Please include this with your mail-in application and send it to the address listed above.


For Page Co., Virginia residents only: The festival features a "Consignment Building" where you can place your items for sale.  The PCHA will retain 10% of all sales from this building only.
Please bring consignment items on the Friday before the Festival between 9-6.  Please bring baked goods on Saturday morning between 8-9am.

The Page County Heritage Festival is committed to vendors who sell quality, hand-made items.
Please DO NOT contact us if you wish to exclusively sell merchandise that is manufactured.
We realize that some vendors do sell such items, among their hand-made collection, and we will make every effort to correct this when it comes to our attention.  Thank you for your understanding.
